For my Thanksgiving stay at Hotel Lugano, I was delighted with the impeccable cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and the exceptional service provided by the staff. Among all the wonderful aspects of the hotel, what stood out the most to me was the leisure/tv room, where I could unwind and enjoy some downtime after a day of exploring the city. The hotel truly exceeded my expectations, and I'm grateful for the warm hospitality extended to me during my visit. Thank you to the team at Hotel Lugano for making my stay a memorable one.
